LEAPS University Reprints
LEAPS University @ Employee Engagement · October 14, 2026
One complimentary printed 4×6 group photo is provided per session at the event. Additional reprints will be available online after event photos are ready.
How reprints will work
Printed 4×6 reprints: $1 each.
Use the photo serial printed on the back: LU-NNN (for example, LU-001).
Estimated postage: assuming the 6×8 rigid mailer weighs 2 oz before photos and each SELPHY print adds about 0.138 oz, up to 43 reprints should stay within the 8 oz tier. The 44th print likely moves the package to the next tier. This is an estimate; actual packed weight controls.
Current USPS Ground Advantage retail postage is $8.40–$10.20 through 8 oz and $10.05–$13.65 above 8 oz through 1 lb, depending on destination zone. For shipped orders below $20, postage plus 25% is estimated at $10.50–$12.75 in the first tier or $12.56–$17.06 in the next. Final shipping is shown before payment.
Free pickup is available in San Francisco at OGO before or after work hours for orders under $20. Orders above $50 ship free. Fulfillment terms for orders from $20 through $50 will be confirmed before ordering opens.
Printed photos only. No digital files or frames are offered for this event.
